5. Fees and Payment

  • Pricing: Fees for Services are as quoted on our Website or provided in a written quote. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice for existing orders.

  • Payment: Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments through all major credit/debit cards, apple pay, and google pay. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers.

  • Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy (#) or as required by law. Refunds, if any, are at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All content, tools, and materials on our Website, including AI-generated outputs, designs, and renderings, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.

  • Your Content: By submitting content (e.g., photos, specifications) for use in our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and process that content solely to provide the requested Services.   • Deliverables: Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables (e.g., edited images, renderings, quotes) for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms. You may not resell or redistribute deliverables without our consent.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

You waive any objection to such a venue.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform Services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, natural disasters, or legal restrictions.

Terms and Conditions for AI Tools Mastery Class

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your participation in the AI Tools Mastery Class ("Class") offered by openupconversionsai.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for the Class, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. Please read them carefully.

1. Class Description

The AI Tools Mastery Class is a 2-hour online session conducted via Zoom, designed for a sole individual or a single company representative. The Class covers:

  • How to use various AI tools and programs.

  • Techniques for writing effective AI prompts.

  • Specific strategies for leveraging AI tools effectively.

  • The Class includes live instruction and digital handouts. No additional materials, software licenses, or one-on-one support are provided unless explicitly stated.

2. Registration and Eligibility

  • Registration: Registration is available through our website at openupconversionsai.com. Only one participant (an individual or a company representative) may attend per registration.

  • Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older and have access to a stable internet connection and a Zoom-compatible device.

  • Limited Spots: Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, with only one participant per session to ensure personalized attention.

3. Payment Terms

  • Cost: The Class fee is $525 per participant, payable in full at the time of registration.

  • Refund Policy:

    • A full refund will be issued if cancellation is requested in writing to travisroden@openupconversionsai.com at least 7 days before the Class date.

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the Class or for no-shows.

    • If we cancel the Class for any reason, you will receive a full refund within 7 business days or an option to reschedule.

4. Class Access and Technical Requirements

  • Access: Participants will receive a unique Zoom link and password via email at least 24 hours before the Class. This link is non-transferable and intended for the registered participant only.

  • Technical Requirements: Participants must have:

    • A stable internet connection.

    • A device with Zoom installed (latest version recommended).

  • Technical Issues: We are not responsible for technical difficulties on the participant’s end (e.g., internet outages, device failures). No refunds will be issued for inability to attend due to participant-side technical issues.

5. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, technical issues).

  • In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund within 7 business days or the option to reschedule for a future session.

  • For rescheduling, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance and provide a new Class date.

6. Participant Conduct

  • Behavior: Participants must act respectfully and refrain from disruptive behavior during the Class.

  • Recording: Recording, screenshotting, or sharing the Class or its materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

  • Compliance: Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the Class without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All Class materials, including handouts, slides, and verbal instruction, are the intellectual property of OpenUpConversionsAi.

  • Participants may use materials for personal learning but may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

  • Any work created by participants during the Class remains their property, but we may use anonymized examples for promotional purposes with your consent.

8. Liability Limitation

  • The Class is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using AI tools or strategies taught.

  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of AI tools or participation in the Class.

  • Participants assume responsibility for ensuring their device and software are secure and compatible.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We collect personal information (e.g., name, email, payment details) solely for Class administration and communication.

  • Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.

  • We comply with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). For details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Recordings

  • The Class may be recorded for quality assurance or to provide limited-time access to participants (e.g., 7 days post-Class).

  • By participating, you consent to being recorded if you enable your camera or microphone. You may opt out by keeping them off.

  • Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
